Online store EVIDSUN (hereinafter "Seller") offers to conclude this contract on the terms of the offer (hereinafter "Offer"). This offer (Offer) is valid only for individuals (hereinafter the "Buyer").
The Seller sells and the Buyer buys goods on the website https://en.evidsun.com/ (hereinafter "Site"). The full range of products is available on the Site in the "Catalog" section.
Familiarization with the terms and acceptance (Buyer's acceptance of the terms of this Offer) occurs at the time of payment for the order by the Buyer.
Description of goods and their prices can be found on the Site in the "Catalog". The price of goods specified on the Site is current at the time of confirmation of purchase by the Buyer by clicking the "Order" button on the Site (the moment of purchase). The characteristics of each unit of goods may slightly differ from those stated on the Site.
All payments between parties are made in rubles. Both cash and non-cash forms of payment are possible. The Buyer, agreeing with the terms of this offer, pays for the order at the price current at the time of purchase:
a) in cashless form, paying for the goods by prepayment at the time of purchase;
b) in cash by paying for the goods to the courier at the time of delivery of goods to the buyer. The prepayment for the goods shall be made by the Buyer in full.
The delivery of goods ordered by the Buyer (the order) is carried out:
a) by courier or other transportation company to the Buyer's address;
b) by courier or other transport company to the point of delivery (PWZ).
In case of delivery of the order to the delivery point, the Buyer shall pick up the order at the delivery point no later than on the seventh calendar day after its receipt at the delivery point. In case of non-receipt of the order within these terms (within seven calendar days), on the eighth working day, the order is returned to the Seller. Re-delivery of the order is impossible. The Buyer has the right to form a new order on the Seller's website; c) the order is delivered by the Russian Post within 2 (two) to 10 (ten) working days depending on the remoteness of the region from the Seller's warehouse located in Moscow. The Seller is not responsible for violation of delivery terms.
Warranty for goods is provided by the manufacturer. The Seller gives to the Buyer the whole set of warranty documents along with the goods. The warranty period starts to be counted from the moment of receipt of Goods by the Buyer.
The Buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that they retain their original packaging and appearance. To return the goods, the Buyer shall send a letter to the Seller at: sale@evidsun.com. The letter must specify the order number and contact information of the Buyer. If the return is due to poor quality, the letter must also be accompanied by a photo of the defective item. The photo attached to the letter should be clearly visible the defect described by the Buyer. Return of the goods is carried out by and at the expense of the Buyer.
To make the purchase the Buyer provides the Seller with the following personal information: Name, phone number and e-mail address, as well as the selected method of delivery of the goods and the address where the purchased goods will be delivered. The Seller undertakes to ensure processing and storage of the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the law.
In case of any disputes, the pre-trial procedure of dispute resolution is mandatory. The claim must be sent to: sale@evidsun.com. The Seller shall, within two working days excluding the day of receipt, consider the Buyer's claim received at the specified address and shall send a written response to the Buyer.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the location of the defendant.
This offer may be amended by the Seller at any time. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the website.
The parties are fully released from the obligations assumed under this Offer in the event of force majeure circumstances. Such circumstances include earthquakes, floods, fires, acts of war and others. The occurrence/occurrence of such circumstances shall be immediately notified to the other party by e-mail specified in the Seller's details or the Buyer's personal data.
